Whenever you are shipping internationally, additional documentation is required such as customs forms, Pro Forma documentation and others.

Some of the forms are apart of our process as you place an order. Other forms you will have to download, fill out, and then print to include with your label.

We will supply you with the basic documentation that is required as you go through the process once your shipment is placed. These documents will appear under the icon “Form” on your order summary.

When ShipGooder users are shipping internationally (outside of North America) additional rules/regulations may be provided in a separate email, for your information.
