1) Do you have any bias in the presentation or ranking of rate information?
No, our ranking is based on the price from the least expensive to the most expensive placed in a table according to delivery time.
2) Can I give feedback on the shipment that I shipped with a courier?
Yes. We have a feedback mechanism built in to the website. This allows lesser known companies that have good reputations to be recognized.
3) What if I already have a volume rate with my courier company?
No problem – for a modest monthly subscription rate, we will load your discount level in and you will sign in to a secure version of our site to check your special rates against those of the competition. 5) Why are the rates on your site different than the ones on the courier sites?
The rates on our site are calculated using publicly-available courier rates that take into account distance, weight, type of service and fuel surcharges. Rates on courier sites may appear to vary slightly because of other factors, including, but not limited to, residential or business deliveries, pickups and drop-offs.
6) Does ShipGooder provide rates for Shipping between the U.S. and Canada?
Yes, ShipGooder provides rates for shipping from Canada to the United States. We are currently developing U.S. to Canada shipping rates, which will be launching in the near future.
